Setting up the APPLICATION DOCUMENTS section
The APPLICATION DOCUMENTS page for youth is found at the address youthworksdata.org/documents Youth can sign in, using the username and password that will be emailed to them.
--> The text of this email can be edited by a SuperAdmin through the Email Composer screens.
On the application documents page, the top of the page shows the youth name, because this is a customized link, as well as overall instructions to describe the process of completing and uploading documents.
--> The text for the overall page instructions can be edited by a SuperAdmin on the LIST OF PAGES screen in the PageIntroduction field.
On the application documents screen, Links for each of the required forms are displayed, with one display box for each required form, on the application documents.
--> The documents or web links, and document-specific instructions can be edited on the Manage/Upload Photos and Documents page. On that page you can upload blank forms, or identify a weblink to an online form, provide a document name and brief instructions, specify the document order (for sorting on the page), and check the boxes to indicate which applicants need to complete that document (by YouthWorks tier).
Note that the instructions for the first item on the page, asking for the SSN and a photo of the Social Security card, is not editable, and is coded specifically in the documentspage.asp page.
